Library review launched

A task group of councillors are to look at library services across the borough.

The libraries scrutiny task group is interested in hearing your views on Merton libraries and the services they offer. What do you think of the range of books available? Do you think the buildings are accessible? Are they an effective community space? How would you like to see the library service in Merton develop in the future?

The task group is chaired by Councillor Simon Withey, who explains why the review is taking place.

‘Merton libraries fulfil a vital role within the borough as educational, environmental and community information centres. We want to hear from you, the residents, what you require from these facilities.’
