Remembrance and Armistice Day services

Nelson Hospital Forecourt, Kingston Road

The service will commence at 9am and will be attended by the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Edith Macauley, members of Merton Council, St. Helier Hospital Trust, Nelson and West Merton Primary Care Trust, and MSW Area Health Authority, the Royal British Legion and other community organisations.

Mitcham War Memorial, Lower Green West, Mitcham

The service takes place at 10.40am at the Mitcham War Memorial, at Lower Green West, Mitcham. It will be attended by the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Edith Macauley, members of the Council, the Royal British Legion and members of other organisations in the borough.

Wimbledon War Memorial, Wimbledon Village

The service will commence at 10.40 a.m. at the Wimbledon War Memorial, Wimbledon Village. It will be attended by the Deputy Mayor of Merton, Councillor Mary Dunn, members of the Council, Civic representatives and members of organisations in the borough.

The service will commence at 10.50am in the forecourt of the Civic Centre, Morden. It will be attended by the Mayor, Councillor Edith Macauley, members of the Council, Civic representatives and staff of the London Borough of Merton. Members of the Royal British Legion will also be in attendance.

The service will commence at 10.50am at Fair Green, Mitcham. It will be attended by the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Mary Dunn, members of the Council, and Civic representatives. Members of the Royal British Legion will also be in attendance.
