A team of experts will be on hand to offer help and advice on a range of housing options at a special open day to be held next Friday.
Merton Council has organised the event called ‘Housing Choice’ to help local residents get the facts about the housing alternatives available to them. Various advice services and housing experts will be available to give advice at the Civic Centre in Morden between 10am and 4pm in what promises to be an informal opportunity to get those nagging questions answered.
The Citizens Advice Bureau, the Probation Service, CareConnect, Connexions, Shelter and Housing Benefits will all be present as will experienced staff from the council’s housing service.
The open day takes place on Friday June 25 in the committee rooms on the first floor of Merton Civic Centre. There is no requirement to book and people are welcome to pop in.
