There is no change to the refuse and recycling collection days over the May bank holidays which fall on Monday 2 May and Monday 30 May.

Therefore residents should put their refuse and their Recycle from Home Scheme purple and green boxes out on their usual collection days – even if it falls on a bank holiday.

The same will apply to all bank holidays until Christmas 2005.
