Library users to get their say on the spot

From 2 – 7 October, library users will be asked what they think about the services provided in Merton libraries.

The Public Library User Survey (PLUS) is a national model for surveying users of public libraries concerning various aspects of the service. It asks users what they have come to the libraries for, the quality of service and their overall experience.

Councillor Maurice Groves, Cabinet Member for Community Services said:

“The PLUS survey helps us gather a meaningful assessment of user’s views, and helps measure the quality of service rather than dealing with quantities.”

A task group of councillors are also looking at library services across the borough, please send your opinions to scrutiny@merton.gov.uk
