Merton Council would like to inform motorists about roadworks that are planned in the borough between Saturday 28 July and Wednesday 12 September.

The roadworks involve replacing the parapet on the Bushey Road slip structure and the widening of the slip road at its junction with Bushey Road.

To complete these necessary works, Merton Council has to close the northern slip road between Bushey Road and the entry to Pets at Home between Saturday 28 July and Saturday 11 August.

A suitable diversion route will be signposted for motorists during the closure.

Merton Council would like to apologise for any inconvenience that is caused by the roadworks.
