Why not enter the season of goodwill a little early this year and join Mayor of Merton Councillor John Dehaney and members of the Merton Music Foundation for an evening of carols at St Theresa’s Church, in Bishopsford Road, Morden.

The service on Friday 14 December starts at 7.30pm and there will be a collection during the event.

The Mayor will also be at the Grand Festive Dinner on Wednesday 19 December, at the Restaurant in the Park, Merton College, in Morden’s London Road.

Tickets are £25, including a Bucks Fizz reception, and guests are invited to arrive at 7pm for 7.30pm.

Cash raised from the events will go towards the Mayor’s charities, Merton Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Group and Deen City Farm.
