Local residents have the opportunity to give ideas on how transport can be improved at the Public Liaison Committee Meeting. The gathering takes place on Thursday 10 March in the Council Chambers at 7.15pm.
The meeting will highlight issues, concerns and suggestions regarding public transport in Merton by giving residents the opportunity to speak directly to transport providers.
Presentations will be given by bus, tram, train and tube providers and members of the public will also have the chance to make suggestions in a question and answer session.
Councillor Russell Makin, chair of the Sustainable Communities Overview and Scrutiny Panel, said: “This meeting will give residents the chance to speak directly to the key figures in London transport. They will be able to ask questions and make comments on services operating in Merton.”
