Housing experts are on hand to answer questions and offer advice at Merton’s Housing Fair on Saturday 19 November at Morden Baptist Church.
From 10am – 3pm, information is available for all residents seeking guidance and advice on a range of housing issues.
The day offers all residents the chance to speak to officers and partner agencies about their housing needs. Residents can also find out how to apply for energy efficiency grants, home improvement loans and additional support for vulnerable people.
Cabinet member for community and culture, Councillor Martin Whelton said: “The fair offers something for anyone in Merton who is looking to move house, whether in the private sector or social housing, for those looking to buy or rent. There is a huge wealth of knowledge out there and we want to offer this to our residents, so they can find a suitable home for themselves and their families.”
