Residents, workers and visitors to Merton are being asked to answer a survey about safety in the borough
People have until Friday 16 November to respond to the annual Safer Merton survey. Responses will help the partnership which includes the council, Police, Fire Brigade, Probation and Health services, to find out what residents concerns are relating to crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour, drugs and alcohol.
Merton’s cabinet member for community safety, engagement and equalities, Councillor Edith Macauley said: “I encourage everyone who lives, works and visits Merton to complete this survey as the information they provide will be key in helping Safer Merton set the direction and resources to tackle these issues in your community for 2013/14.”
To complete the survey visit http://www.merton.gov.uk/safermertonconsultation. Paper copies of the survey are available at various locations around the borough and from your local Police teams.
