Spring into learning with Merton Adult Education

Merton Adult Education (MAE) is launching its spring prospectus across the borough this week, offering people new challenges for 2014.

MAE offers the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of subjects and skills including Microsoft Office skills for employment, becoming a teaching assistant or learning how to get by in Italian. There is also a range of creative subjects on offer such as wood carving, flower arranging and embroidery. Also available are courses in painting, drawing and sculpture, while those interested in dance can pull on their dancing shoes and learn ballroom.

The spring prospectus is available now from all libraries, adult education venues, Merton Civic Centre and online and includes information about a range of courses available in Wimbledon, Wimbledon Chase, Mitcham and Pollards Hill, making the return to education flexible to suit residents’ needs.

For more information and details on courses visit www.maec.ac.uk or call 020 8274 5222.
