Merton is holding an event for residents who may be thinking about standing in this year’s local election.

The event on the evening of Tuesday 25 February, 7pm – 9pm at the Civic Centre will give people insight into the work involved of being a councillor. They will also be able to speak to current councillors and staff from Merton’s democratic services team about what support is available.
