With changes to how housing benefit rates will be calculated taking affect in April, the council is holding the event to ensure Merton landlords know about the changes.

Speakers from Merton’s housing benefit section, the housing needs team, the National Landlords Association and the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) will be giving insight into how Local Housing Allowance rates will be calculated differently.

The seminar will take place at the The Hub at Tooting and Mitcham Football.Club, Bishopsford Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 6BF from 6.00pm-8.30pm.
