Due to essential works being undertaken on electrical supplies and IT services at Merton Council’s Civic Centre this weekend, 18 and 19 June, none of the council’s online interactive services will be available.
Systems will be down from approximately 6am on Saturday 18 June and restored by 6pm Sunday 19 June. The main telephone network will remain operational as will a static non-interactive copy of the council’s website.
If residents are planning to use interactive services, such as making payments, booking into courses or reporting issues, the council is asking them to take the works into account and use the services in advance of the weekend if urgent, or if non-urgent, once the systems are back up and running after 6pm on Sunday.
