Have a chat with Merton Talking Therapies on World Mental Health Day!

We all go through low points at times in our lives and it is not unusual to experience symptoms related to stress, anxiety and depression.  An estimated 1 in 4 people will experience a common mental health problem each year.

There are things we can do to support our mental health and wellbeing. Merton Talking Therapies is a partnership between the NHS and local voluntary sector organisations in Merton with the aim to help people build resilience and wellbeing, providing tailored support to individuals.

Tuesday 10 October is World Mental Health Day, which is about raising awareness and driving positive change for everyone’s mental health. As part of this day, Merton Talking Therapies will be at Merton Civic Centre reception area from 11am- 4pm to raise awareness around good mental health and the range of support services they provide.

Pop down and catch up with the team as part of World Mental Health Day. You can also find out more about Merton Talking Therapies here.
