Merton Council is delighted that Key Stage 2 results in Merton are the fourth largest improvement in the country this year.

Results have risen in English, Mathematics and Science.

Cabinet Member For School Standards And Youth Engagement, Councillor Oonagh Moulton said:

‘These are excellent results and a tribute to pupils, teachers, governors and parents. The fact that Merton is the fourth most improved local authority in the country sets the tone for the raised expectation and aspiration for Merton children. Merton Council is determined to ensure there is a step change in school results across the board.’
