Congratulations to Merton students on their A Level, T Level, and BTEC results

Ursuline High School students receiving their A Level results

Students across the borough received their A Level, T Level, and BTEC results today. Despite the challenges faced over the past few years, students across Merton have demonstrated resilience, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Merton’s provisional pass rate at A Level has yet again surpassed national averages at A*-C. Students who studied T Levels had a 100% pass rate with 88% at Merit and Distinction, whilst those who studied applied general and vocational programmes also achieved improved outcomes in comparison to 2023.

“I want to congratulate all our students on their hard work and outstanding achievements in A Levels, T Levels, and BTECs.

I know it has been an anxious wait to receive these results and it has been fantastic to hear about our young peoples’ exciting plans for the future, including apprenticeships, going to university or starting their careers. I want to thank all the teachers, school staff, and families who have supported our students every step of the way.”

There is plenty of support and advice available for students who are still deciding what their next step will be or who just missed out on the grades that they had hoped for on the Department for Education’s website.
